I was shocked to hear this news. Microsoft completely walked away from the Yahoo deal. Microsoft reportedly offered more money of $33 per share for Yahoo. But Yahoo refused to budge on their too high price of $37 per share. So Microsoft completely walked away from the deal. This is shocking. Microsoft has been trying to buy Yahoo for years. Maybe they are hoping that Yahoo will crash and burn and they will be able to get them for a cheaper price.

They are probably counting on Yahoo freaking out and coming back on hands and knees.
