You know one thing that bugs me? When co workers take off a week or more of work and expect other people to pick up the slack and do their work for them. Sure it is nice to offer and do “some” things for a co worker who is out. But for them to ask or even assign you to do their job while they are on vacation is completely wrong and stupid.
